Authorised use

myLeadStream is for authorised business users. Users are responsible for the accuracy, lawful basis and permitted use of information they add or obtain, communications they send, and access they grant to other people.

Google Places quick search

Features using the official Google Maps Platform are subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and the Google Terms of Service. Users must not use Quick Search to scrape, export or bulk copy Google listing content.

Apify Deep Discovery

Deep Discovery uses a separately contracted Apify Actor. Users must ensure that searches, collection, storage and outreach comply with the Actor terms, source-site terms, privacy, spam and telemarketing laws that apply to them. Search results are snapshots, can be incomplete or inaccurate, and must be reviewed before leads are created or prospect data is updated.

Availability

The service and third-party integrations may occasionally be unavailable. Users should keep appropriate business records and verify important details before relying on them.
